Barry Update: NWS issues Tropical Storm Watch, Storm Surge Watch for Mississippi coast

The National Weather Service issues a Tropical Storm Watch and a Storm Surge Watch for the Mississippi coast.
A Storm Surge Watch means life-threatening conditions, from rising water moving inland from the coastline, are possible on the coast within the next 48 hours.
A Tropical Storm Watch means tropical storm-force winds are possible somewhere on the coast within the next 48 hours.
