JSU president resigns


FOX23 News has learned Dr. William Bynum has resigned as Jackson State University's president -- after being arrested on prostitution-related charges. Bynum tendered his resignation to Mississippi's Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning Monday.

The board named Thomas Hudson JSU's acting president
