Management, Saenger Theater reschedule Amy Grant concert

The Saenger Theater and the Hattiesburg Convention Commission announce a rescheduled date for Amy Grant's concert -- which will now take place September 30, 2023.

"Grant's management announced the postponement of her touring schedule in September of this year due to her needing more time to recover from injuries and a concussion sustained in a bicycling accident that occurred in Nashville on July 27, 2022," the theater said in a statement.

Grant has sold more than 30 million albums throughout her career. Grant has earned six Grammy Awards, 26 Dove Awards, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a star on the Music City Walk of Fame, and, recently, induction into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame in Nashville.
