SCAR holding benefit in downtown Laurel Saturday

A downtown Laurel Patio Pawty, which will raise money for Southern Cross Animal Rescue (SCAR), takes place this Saturday, August 14, at 421 Short 7th Avenue.

This event includes a costume contest, with a prize awarded for the best-dressed dog. Donations of dog food, paper towels, and other items will be collected for SCAR.
