USM's Arbor Day

Hattiesburg, Miss. - An Arbor Day celebration will happen on Friday at Southern Miss.

This year's ceremony will take place on the south side of the Payne Recreation Center and will feature the planting of an edible orchard with assistance from students at the DuBard School for Language Disorders.

The celebration starts at 1 p.m.
