City council member to hold public forum on wastewater project

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Councilwoman Deborah Delgado will host a community meeting for Ward 2 Tuesday evening.

Delgado said the meeting will educate citizens on the city's current projects like the wastewater implementation. It is also an opportunity to discuss other concerns.

"We invited some individuals who have some additional information and and to answer questions" Delgado said.

Delgado said its a good opportunity to clarify questions and answer some questions the public may have.

"The directors from different parts of the departments will be there from the city, in addition representatives who can answer questions" added Delgado.

The event will start at 6:30 p.m. at the Train Depot downtown.
