Hub-City Habitat for Humanity receives $3,000 donation


HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Hattiesburg Habitat for Humanity received a $3,000 check from Exit Southern Realty real estate business in Lamar county.

Exit Southern Realty sold BBQ plates to raise the money in an effort to help Habitat's mission in providing homes for the less fortunate.

Habitat for Humanity Laura Goodwin-Wright said, "When we help a family, either a senior citizen to stay in their home, till the end of their life, that is a huge impact on their community. "

Sherry Pulleno, owner and broker of Exit Southern Realty said the state wide business works with their local Habitat to ensure the non-profit's organization continues to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter.
