HPD searching for missing teen, former teacher

On Monday, April 30, Hattiesburg Police were notified of a missing person around 7 a.m.
That person is 16-year-old Oscar O’Neal II, who was reported missing by his mother. O’Neal was last seen around 1 a.m. at his residence.
He is believed to be with a white female, Nicole Jackson. Jackson, 30, a former school teacher, surrendered to authorities on April 10, in an ongoing investigation. She currently out on a $10,000 bond for sexual battery in position of trust or authority.
There is an active warrant for Jackson’s arrest, and she is wanted by the Hattiesburg Police Department.
Jackson and O’Neal may be traveling in a dark blue Chevy Impala with Mississippi License Plate (FRA-4454).
