MSDH: Eleven patients die of COVID-19 complications

The Mississippi State Department of Health reports 227 new cases of COVID-19 in the state with 11 more deaths.

Thirty-one of the new cases were among residents in long-term care facilities, the MSDH said. The number of Mississippians hospitalized with confirmed COVID-19 infections has risen to 430, the MSDH added.
