MSDH: Nearly two patients die after contracting COVID-19

The Mississippi State Department of Health reports 498 new cases of COVID-19 in in the state with 20 new deaths. The total of coronavirus cases since March 11 has increased to 17,768 with 837 deaths, the MSDH said.
