CITY SCHOOL DISTRICTS: Columbia School District: Moving to distance learning Tuesday.
Hattiesburg Public School District: Moving to virtual learning Tuesday.
Laurel School District: Early dismissals Tuesday. Oak Park and Mason will dismiss at noon, Laurel Upper and Laurel Magnet at 12:15 p.m., Laurel Middle at 12:30 p.m. and Laurel High at 12:45 p.m.
Petal School District: Moving to distance learning Tuesday.
Richton School District: Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS:
Covington County School District: Dismissing at noon Tuesday and be closed Wednesday.
Forrest County School District: Moving to virtual learning Tuesday.
George County School District: Closed Tuesday.
Greene County School District: Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
Jones County School District: Dismissing early Tuesday. Grades 7th through 12th will dismiss at 12:30 p.m. and grades kindergarten through 6th will dismiss at 1:30 p.m.
Lamar County School District: Moving to distance learning for Tuesday and Wednesday.
Marion County School District: Moving to distance learning for Tuesday.
Perry County School District: Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

Jones College: Shifting to virtual format Tuesday at 4 p.m., will remain online through Wednesday.
Pearl River Community College: All campuses closed Tuesday and Wednesday. All classes will continue online. PRCC will resume operations Thursday.
William Carey University: Hattiesburg and Tradition campuses closed Tuesday.
