Officials open storm shelters, safe rooms

With forecasted severe weather, the following shelters and safe rooms are open.

\ Forrest County: The 361 Safe Shelter at 946 Sullivan Dr. in Hattiesburg.

\ Jones County: 1425 Ellisville Blvd. in Laurel.

COVID-19 protocols -- including the need to wear face masks, taking temperature checks, and social distancing -- will be in place.
