Two charged in connection to Ann Georgian's death

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The death of Ann Georgian has left the community members with more questions.

Lieutenant Jon Traxler with the Hattiesburg Police Department said police arrested Gus Georgian, Ann's brother, in connection to her death Tuesday night.

Authorities have also arrested Pamela Hamilton of Hattiesburg in connection to Ann's death Wednesday.

Georgian's body was found in the woods early September behind the Hattiesburg Public School District Officer. Police said her dog, Buttons, was missing but were able to locate the dog.

Lt. Jon Traxler said, "Due to the ongoing investigation the location of the dog is not being released at this time." Authorities are waiting for official autopsy results.

"The investigation is still ongoing and more arrest could occur" added. Lt. Traxler.
