Hub City man arrested, aggravated assault

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - One man was arrested for a domestic violence incident that occurred Tuesday on 22 Central School Road.

Hattiesburg Police said Octavius Black and his wife were arguing over an app that was placed on his phone. Black asked his wife to use her phone. The wife denied the use, and he grabbed a handgun and shot at her.

No injuries were reported.

Black was arrested for aggravated assault.
