Hattiesburg Mayoral Candidate Toby Barker opens campaign headquarters

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Mayoral candidate Toby Barker kicked-off his campaign Thursday afternoon.

Republican State Representative Barker and his campaign staff officially opened its campaign headquarters at the Pro-Travel building on Hardy Street.

“We’ve got so many volunteers that are coming through every day, out in the community spreading the word about how much potential Hattiesburg has" said Rep Barker.

He added, "And how well-equipped we are to tackle our challenges and move the city forward."

Barker is running for Hattiesburg Mayor as an Independent. The General Election begins June 6.
