Perry county officials searching for missing 58 year old man

PERRY COUNTY, MS. - Perry county officials need the public's help locating at 58-year-old missing man. Officials identify him as Donald Lynn Alford.

According to Perry county Sheriff Mitch Nobles Alford was last seen August 6, 2017. He has been living on Peret Tower Road in Perry County.

"He has been last seen on Sunday at a residence on Walls Creek Road in the Dixie Community in Forrest County" says Sheriff Nobles.

Sheriff Nobles adds, "...he was visiting his ex-wife at this residence. She stated that Alford was driving his Suburban at this time."

Alford has gray hair, 5'11 and weighs 220 pounds according to officials. Alford's Chevrolet Suburban is a 2001 model and is beige. The license plate is #PEL498.

The family has stated that Alford has a liver disorder and needs medication everyday for his symptoms.
