MSDH reporting more cases, tips on face coverings


The Mississippi State Department of Health reports 177 new cases of COVID-19 in the state and eight new deaths. The total of Mississippi’s cases, since March 11, now stands at 1915, with 59 deaths.

MSDH advises everyone to cover their faces with a mask or homemade cloth covering when in public places where a distance of at least six feet between people is difficult to maintain.
